- We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take extreme care in packaging each order.
- All items are shipped by United States Postal Service(USPS).
- During severe weather conditions or other natural disasters, delivery times may be delayed.
- Delivery times apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations may take up to an additional 5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- We are not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
REFUND POLICY
- Refund or exchange request is available within 14 days after receiving item and only if returned in the same condition as received.
- Buyer has 14 days to inspect the item and contact us if issues appear, item must be returned within 14 days of receipt; buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
